These new AV PRO CFexpress A cards are targeted at high-end SONY professionals in the film, photography, and audio sectors, who use Sony Alpha and FX cameras.
The new 1TB card is positioned as the premium choice for professional creators needing high-speed media for advanced projects, including 8K+ video production.
It's clear that Angelbird has released these new cards in direct response from user feedback. Thus answering the demand for high-capacity CFexpress A cards and faster speeds due to the CFexpress 4.0 technology, equating to these cards being twice the speed of the previous generation, making them ideal future-proofed purchase.
The cards come in three new sizes:
AV PRO CFexpress A 1 TB GB
AV PRO CFexpress A 512 GB
AV PRO CFexpress A 256 GB
Alongside these new cards, Angelbird has also dropped a new series of PKT card readers.

The new Angelbird Card Reader PKT card readers are pretty slick looking. They are small, stylish and fast card readers and have helped us reduce our over all gear footprint.
They super durable, fast and reliable. Great for data offloading and file editing with USB 3.2 Gen 2x2 connectivity at speeds up to 20 Gb/s , but the SD readers are slower at 5 Gb/s - that's just because of SD card speeds.
They still include Angelbird's Solid ConnectTM, a LED Write-Protect Switch and hot swap support. Ours now lives stuck to laptop.
