The name/title of this story is "Future Soldiers Of Orozen" (FSOO for short)

So basically this story takes place in the future. Orozen is the name of the school. Most schools in the future chose the top 10 students with high PAT(Physical Ability Test) to be a soldier and join a military to protect their school from a secret organization.
At that time, human labor has been replaced by robots due to the advanced technology that have been invented. So most jobs were taken by robots and caused most people with low academic to be pushed into poverty. These secret organizations gathered all those people to work for them in order to reach their goal.

The girl with black pigtails(Fuuko) used to be the 1st ranked soldier in the previous year(she dyed her hair purple), she quit being a soldier and faked her death during the plane crash(from the Believer AMV i made) she revealed herself to be a spy(cyborg) in the Orozen highschool to collect information for the secret organization.
