Keynote: Transformation to Greater Business Agility
Andy Sales (CA Technologies Agile Central)
To achieve greater Business Agility, you must first have a clear idea of the business outcomes you are looking for from an Agile Transformation. By combining these with an understanding of the obstacles currently faced, you are able to create a strategy that embodies business agility.
In this talk you will hear how this can be achieved through 5 transformation steps that will help to optimise agility across the three layers of the organisation: Business, Portfolio and Delivery. Once a strategy has been defined we will then consider the appropriate adoption timeline. Does your strategy require accelerated change or is a slower pace of adoption more suitable?
