Android 18’s 214H is an EX special that is anti-everybody else on the opposing team. As soon as he is active, as long as 18 and 17 are not hit, it becomes a 3 on 1. -more below-
Opponent can not:
1) call assist
2) tag out
3) alpha counter out
3) ZHC
Use 18’s barrier when an opponent has low life and is looking to get out.
Note: When the opponent ZHC's out, 17 will target them instead of the character coming in, potentially killing them lol.
