Parliament is back... and so is Andrew Marr.

Andrew reacts as Burnham address MPs for the first time as PM and is joined by Business Secretary Jonathan Reynolds and LBC's Bethany Dawson to analyse.

The PM vowed to oversee the "biggest redistribution of power this country has seen".

Mr Burnham said he recognised cross-party call for a devolution deal, and understood concerns about the potential emergence of a two-tier England between those with devolved power and those without.
