This map suffers from the same secret balancing issues as I've discussed in previous episodes only it's both better and worse here.
Not only is there secret ammo for the rocket launcher but also the sniper, so again if you're clean starting these levels these will literally do nothing to help you and might as well only exist as time wasters.
While the fights aren't inherently bad without the rocket launcher or sniper, I can say from personal experience that they're nowhere near as enjoyable as they are with these weapons.
What does help a bit is that right at the beginning of the level you get a Flamethrower, which is something you normally don't get in NE until the last couple of Ancient Rome levels. It's an invaluable tool for taking out big groups of enemies and can do some pretty decent damage against some of the larger foes like Werebulls and Biomechs.
This level also suffers from the vehicle problem. Since vehicles don't exist, you're instead treated to a stack of powerups that can help a bit with traversal if utilized properly, though it doesn't completely mitigate the need to walk massive distances.
I will say that due to the more linear nature of this level that the walking fatigue felt in the outdoor section of the previous level isn't nearly as bad since most everything is along the main path but some secrets will require traveling a fairly long distance to get.
Thanks again for watching and as always, stay Serious!
