The Ancient Romans didn't count on their fingers like modern Europeans or Americans. Instead, the dactylonomy of the Romans counted was most unusual, and I bet you'll find challenging if not IMPOSSIBLE to master! In this video, my fiancée @irenelapreziosa and I do our best to learn how to count from 1-99 on ONE HAND in the Ancient Roman fashion. Since Irene is a modern Roman, will she have an advantage in this game? Then we try to count from 100-9999 on the other hand! It's a crazy system.
