so i haven't uploaded once this summer, which i know is highly unusual. ive been doing other stuff, most significantly, this. my longest mv and probably my best one
theres a part 2 planned cause ancient names is an 8 minute song. dont hold me to it but id like to make that

and somewhat of an explanation:
ancient names covers the story of breeds contempt era 2 (still a wip btw) from the beginning to the end of i believe part 4. i didn't want to clearly lay out the whole plot because i dont exactly want to completely spoil it for when i actually make it, so there's a lot of indirect symbolism and deliberately misleading shots. feel free to draw your own conclusions, and if you wanna share what you think is going on feel free to hit the comments!
The supernatural is an accepted, commonplace phenomenon, and the Sanctuary, a private organization run by the enigmatic Saturne and Red, collects and stores ancient and often powerful magical relics.
