Based on Cyberdemon531's route with some personal tweaks. Also, thanks Daerik, NightTerror, liveincity and some other audiences in my stream for providing ideas. Although not all of those are directly used into the run, it does inspire quite a few minor improvements in order to get my sub-10.

The map is surprisingly quite reliable with the route I'm using except the start.

The Start:

There's not too way to get around it and you can just hope for the best about those 2 Arachnotrons and 2 Pain Elementals.

Red Key Route:
--------------

Skipping the Cyber and coming back later is obviously faster. I like to open up those 2 Chaingunners first to group up the monsters outside in the Red Key room, but it runs a bit of risk that Revenants trying to get in and you'll take some face rockets. Beating the Cyberdemon at 3:4X is a good time. The best I got is 3:41, but this time it was decent.

After getting through this, killing the Cacodemons outside of the structure is very helpful because of the infinite height splash damage will take care of a lot of monsters down there.

Yellow Key Route:

Sometimes Cacodemons can be stuck on the second floor, so you have to be careful about that. Also, when you get the key and trying to form that tunnel to get out, there's a chance to get yourself softlocked if something is stuck in the tunnel.

I got a bit unlucky that those 2 Mancubi refused to die on the highest floor, and I didn't press the tunnel beforehand, which also wasted a bit of time, but I did basically everything else I planned.

Blue Key & Cleanup:

Sub-7 to Blue Key is a very good time. The best one I got was 6:53, but obviously that one didn't make it to the end.

I usually will take the Invis but this time the Imps blocked me. However, it's basically personal preference because it doesn't yield you too much. It just makes getting throught the SMM a bit more reliable, but it will make the fight a bit harder because of those weird stray projectiles.

After that, I suggest using SSG for the leftover midtiers during the SMM fight, and then CG for most of the straggler but somehow I switched a few more times in this, so that's potential improvement area.

The final room, you can get through it and kill those imps on the ledges, but I fell down this time and failed to press the lift, so this is also a potential improvement area.

Overall pretty statisfied with my performance except the last bit.
