This is an introduction and explanation of the 'Anchoring the Breath' exercise. This is a practice that uses guided mental attention to develop correct abdominal breathing. It helps to settle the breath, relax the mind and sink the Qi.
It is the preliminary seated practice within the Lotus Nei Gong School and our suggested foundation practice for all practitioners of Qigong, Neigong and other internal arts.
