In today's reflection I'm wondering about the importance of generational trauma, ancestral work and how generations of unspeakable trauma on both sides has led to the tragedy we see playing out today in Israel, the Ukraine, in Asia, in Africa and in North America. My theory is that doing the hard work pays off because whatever little bit of progress we make has a ripple effect.
