Anatoly Katz, piano, live in Rome (1994)
Anatoly Katz was a Soviet/Russian pianist, composer and teacher. He studied with Alexander Satanovsky at the Saratov State Conservatory and later with Nina Emelyanova (a pupil of Heinrich Neuhaus) at the Moscow State Conservatory. He was the 4th prize winner at the 1961 All-Soviet Piano Competition and the 2nd prize winner at the 1963 Prague Spring International Piano Competition.
