This is a dream fully realized and perhaps, We may be the first ones to recreate this famous, African Folkhero in Doll form!
Some of you may have heard of Anansi. The famous Trickster Spider God from West Africa. Some of you may have heard of his stories. No doubt, We were introduced to this beloved character from school, many years ago. (Middle School Maybe?) We were instantly hooked to this guy and even drew him. Now years later, Anansi still won our hearts and a new cultral version was to be created. Better yet, We brought him to life as a beautifully Cultured Custom Doll! Though, He's from the Ashanti Tribe. We made him a outfit that represents ALL of West Africa.
So we hope we made you Anansi Fans, Africans, African Americans, The good folks of Ghana or anybody who loves this character... Happy!
