Some silly test shots from a little New Year's celebration at the Salazar household. I wanted to see, for myself, how much anamorphic lens flare is "too much?" Some people go by a rule of "one flare per edit." But for me ... the limit might not exist, especially on the Xelmus lenses ;-)

Sorry for the mildly clickbaity thumbnail, I dont actually have the X yet. I have the original VV, but Im upgrading. These are just my ramblings about what makes this camera special, new, and VERY exciting to me. Feel free to tell me Im wrong or misguided. Im new to RED, but Ive been thrilled with my Raptor, and I immediately signed up for the upgrade to X. Anyone else got ideas about this thing? Feel free to chime in.
