Since a certain Scooby-Doo YouTube reviewer made a video about this villain early this decade, many now feel that their weakest and/or dumbest culprit would have to be "[BLEEP]ing Carl the Stuntman!" But is he really all that bad? The private toon detective fox Sam Valentino analyzes and goes into detail on Carl's scheme (along with a couple other very similar Scooby-Doo villains), with help from Scooby-Doo himself!
