In this video I go over the newly added Overscan tool in Dehancer 7.1 that you can use in DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects and Final Cut Pro. Since I'm not familiar with technical terms I'll describe this as an overlay of an analog film strip that is faintly animated. However, this is not a rolling animation as what I immediately thought when I applied the effect.
