If you are anything like me, you love a good McFlurry from McDonald's. I have always wanted to recreate a low calorie, high protein, healthy, Oreo McFlurry. Nick may have just done that.
In today's video I review the anabolic Oreo McFlurry by @Exercise4CheatMeals . This high protein Oreo ice cream recipe has received a lot of praise over the past few days and I wanted to make the cream and give it an honest review.
