Changes from the initial video:
- I realize when talking about rehammering I screwed up on the use of less than and greater than: It’s 30% HP or higher with no specs means it’s ok to respec and 65% or higher with 1 hammer is good to respec.
- The person maining Range Vanguard can potentially hold spec to claw at Vang's and can instead insta surge, however I'd still keep hammer on you just incase specs are bad.
