An 80 square foot office pod dropped into a side yard, between two fences, with no slab and nothing dug.

Most backyard office builds stall on the foundation. This one does not have one:

- Four leveling feet, 8.4 to 12.9 inches, adjusted independently for slopes up to 5 degrees.
- 2.3 ton capacity through those feet.
- Five layers of insulation, metal siding, 5/16 inch tempered glass.
- 7.25 foot flat ceiling, 2 wall outlets, 1 Ethernet port, 1 ceiling light.

Installation runs one to two days depending on the site, and it stays below the permit threshold in most US cities. If you have been pricing out an office shed and the side of the house is the only space you have, 80 square feet is what fits.

MetroPod is the smallest of the three. The WorkPod is 102 square feet and the StudioPod is 105.
