The "most exciting two minutes in sports" is actually a five-day marathon for Pennsylvania College of Technology baking & culinary students. Annually, more than 20 Penn College students receive paid internships from Levy, the official hospitality and dining partner of Churchill Downs, to help prepare delectable fare for the famed track's luxury clubs and suites throughout Kentucky Derby Week. This video goes into the kitchens to document the students' unforgettable experience.
