The Elecfreaks XGO Rider is a compact two‑wheel robot that balances itself using high‑torque servos and brushless motors within a sturdy metal and carbon‑fibre frame. Designed to work with a BBC micro:bit (sold separately), it supports MakeCode, MicroBlocks and Python programming and includes more than 15 built‑in case projects to help learners get started. With a rechargeable battery providing roughly two hours of runtime, you can code your own behaviours or drive it via Bluetooth using the XGO mobile app for hands‑on remote control.
