There seems to always be similar questions popping up on videos and I think this video will help to answer many of those! I wanted to make a lectureship style video, as that is my forté as I was once on track to become a professor and taught some undergrad courses, to go over espresso theory and, in particular, what I see as the turbo shot fallacy. I think this will be a super helpful video to more deeply understand your espresso extraction and how to think objectively about approaching your dialing in.
