Roger VanDerSnick came to Rose-Hulman to become an engineer. He now helps run the business of an NFL franchise.

As Chief Commercial Officer of the Indianapolis Colts, Roger leads ticket sales, corporate partnerships, marketing, media, content production, and analytics. His career path took him from brand management at Procter & Gamble to leadership roles at NASCAR and ultimately to the NFL.

His advice to students is simple: keep an open mind. The path you start on may not be where you end up — and that’s often the opportunity.
