In the mid-2020s, 8GB is becoming the baseline for gaming graphics cards. Nine years ago, it was a novelty, one I think many gamers wouldn't have seen the benefit of at the time. Having suffered the ravages of time, the ever-increasing complexity of game graphics, and the loss of driver support, can the 2015 Radeon R9 390 finally make use of that big ol' buffer?
