Well hello there my lovelies...This song has been a bit of a...nightmare...to record...My software likes to screw with the rhythms of my recordings...Delete parts of it and then randomly crash during freezing attempts...It is also a lot harder to use effects precisely and no longer is possible to copy them onto alternative bits of songs...I have tried to record this about 3 or 4 times?? This was the final attempt before I blew up my laptop....Ah...But at least the microphone works a treat :).
So I am a very busy beaver right now. I have to record a song by the end of today for the opening of Shion, am pitching for a G&S 1920'S America version of Pirates of Penzance, am Make up Directing a smaller production of Frakenstein and also have work and the upcoming performance of Patience where I am the lead soprano for a change...
That makes life hard. That with work and going to a wedding and organising trips to Utrecht...God, it makes a difference from where I once was before? Doing nothing in the house and just pining on my youtube videos that I wanted things to do and work to pay me to do said things!! Now it's happend and I'm just mental and high off very little sleep. This weekend has been the first weekend i've had off and tbh I slept all the way through yesterday. I was just so zoinked from the week.
Next week is going to be harder because I have over time but hopefully this song will show that I am still really interested in keeping my channel up to scratch!
I was thinking of doing a question video next. Would you guys like that? Like if I had a question and answer sort of live stream where you guys get to ask me questions or request songs for me to sing on the live stream? :) We could even try to have games and what not. I think that would be a nice event.
So overall gist of my life right now...Yes, I am incredibly busy and probably will end up being a massive flake on a ton of projects duets and god...This sounds just...bleurgh. But I am a hell lot happier than I was previously. I dont think I've been depressed properly for quite a few months now? :) It's nice actually feeling...happy? God, that word feels very alien! Hahah!
Life is on the up and soon I will be moving out and into my new apartment! Would you guys like a vlog about a visit to utrecht or the new apartment in September? :) Comment about it! It would help a lot :)
