When I saw the 7x05 all I wanted to do it was an Amy & Rory video, how perfect was the end of this two? No one companion had a perfect ending and it was just the right thing: Rose got stuck in the parallel world, Marta (the only one who I can say that actually managed to get rid of the ghost that leads the companions, became a doctor,she married Mickey and joined UNIT), Donna forgot everything related to the Doctor and Amy can never see him. But who suffers most in all this is the Doctor and us?
I thought that the end would be some of them died and the other blamed the Doctor. But they grew up and grow old together, had a full life together. Could be more perfect?
It was everything I wanted for them, they fought, they gave up, waited for each other. They are so epic. I remember when I saw Rory for the first time and I just saw a new Mickey (I know right? Shame on me) and I am one of the few who shipper them since The Vampires Of Venice and I realized that Amy really loved Rory since the 5x07 when she said that the world could not be right because Rory was not in it (cute!). It's almost impossible to see Doctor Who and not like them,
I agree that the relationship of the Doctor and companion is the strongest relationship, but what these two have, overcomes all barriers.
OMG! So many feelings, I think that they became my OTP with Doctor/Rose!!!
