Here it is, Detective Conan Movie 23s Blue Sapphire, English Subtitled! A lot of people requested that I do this, since some translations or lyrics online werent as accurate or they didnt understand them. I waited for a while to see if someone else would do it, but I decided to just do it now.
I did compress this video so the audio/visual quality may not be completely perfect, but it is just to get the translation out there. If the original quality uploads, I may unlist this one and put the other up, but it wont be too much of a difference.
ALL translations were done by me. I am half-Japanese, though since I was raised in America Im technically not a native speaker, but Im a heritage speaker. I had my native Japanese mother check the translations for accuracy, too.

A bloody Kaitou Kid announcement card is found in the crime scene.
