A few things I mentioned :
- So I said that I don't work with Deity, actually I do, just not on a daily basis and not in a sense of worshipping. It would need a whole other video to really get into that.
- I did cut myself of a bit to quickly when I mentioned that I have trouble to meditate; what I mean by that is the traditional way of meditating where sitting still is required, however I do like meditation as long as any kind of movement is involved, this way I get far better results. I love a repetitive movement pattern for meditation, that's why I love to play Poi while meditating, your muscle memory does all the work and you can truly become still in your mind.
