Long time no edit, guys :) I've actually had this project in the works for a while now, so it's distracted me from other story xD In a nutshell, it is a fictional plot around the pairing Amorra. I've always liked the concept of the couple, but the age gap has always been a little... well, ick! xD So I reworked a storyline to make it seem like they're of a more similar age (You can imagine Amon to be more like 20 and Korra to be 18)

I realise you can't see the first few seconds -_- Tbh, I've rerendered this several times, each one taking a few hours, so I just cba anymore :/ It's not important, it's just them laughing as kids :P Anyway, I hope you guys enjoy :)

PLOT:
Korra and Amon (known at the time as Noatak) grew up as best friends in the same water tribe. Korra lived in bliss with no burdens of her role as the Avatar, until the White Lotus come to investigate the claims that she is the Avatar, just after her 17th birthday. Her parents admit it, and Tenzin comes to take Korra away to train her bending. Korra assumes that Tenzin would come to her tribe to teach her, but he counters that Republic city need him, and that Korra needs an environment 'free from any distractions'. And so it was decided that she would leave the tribe to train her bending in Republic City.

The thought of leaving Noatak distresses her, but she realises it won't be forever. She goes to tell him, but finds him to see the situation from a very different view. He feels that once she is gone, they will see each other again, and the two get into an argument. Korra leaves the tribe on bad terms with him. She doesn't even go to say goodbye, he just watches on angrily as she says goodbye to her parents.

Korra has settled into Republic City for over a year, and has made new friends and progressed well with her training. However, when she bumps into Tarlok, and family friend from her tribe, and enquires how Noatak is, he informs her that he ran away several months ago, and they didn't tell her because they thought it would distract her from her training. They presume he is dead, but Korra's instinct tells her he is not, and has probably gone to Republic City to find her. She sneaks out with Mako to search for Noatak, but they get attacked by some anti-benders in the process. After escaping and continuing their search to no avail, Korra has an idea: Noatak may have been captured by the anti-benders.

Her and Mako sneak into a rally, but before they have time to search, Amon arrives. She looks at him, and senses something familiar about him. When he turns to look directly at her, she realises it is Noatak. After she returns home, and Tenzin (having guessed she went to find Noatak) enquires whether she found him, she admits that he is Amon. A few weeks later, Tarlok asks her to help him fight Amon, but since she knows he is, in fact, Noatak, she refuses. Tenzin realises the internal struggle she is having, and lets her know he is there for her, though Korra has already started isolating herself.

Meanwhile, the press's interest in Amon is on the increase. They keep pestering Korra to confront Amon, until she snaps, and arranges to meet with him to settle things. Tenzin and Tarlok try to talk her out of it, but she doesn't listen. She goes, and is attacked by Amon's henchmen. He warns her that he does have a plan for her. (He does not know that Korra knows he is Noatak) He then, in a moment of weakness, partially takes off his mask, and kisses her. When Korra says his name, he realises she knew all along, and renders her unconscious in a rage. Korra wakes up at home, not knowing that the whole scenario was real (Noatak returned her home while she was knocked out, a moment of kindness)

Meanwhile, Korra's increased love interest in Mako means they kiss, much to Noatak's disdain. (who was spying on her) In an act of spite against Mako, he tells them to shut down the arena, but the council (bar Tenzin) agree not to, which enrages Noatak. He sneaks into the arena (now fully protected by Lin Bei Fong) and finds Korra and Mako. They try to escape, but Noatak catches up, and attempts to take Mako's bending away. But before he can, Korra airbends him through the window. His face is revealed for all to see, and he gazes at Korra for a split second, half angry, half regretfully, before swimming away.

Korra takes some time to herself, recovering from the events. She gazes out over a cliffside, to spot Noatak making a getaway. She realises he must be stopped before anyone else gets hurt. Meanwhile, Noatak is also thinking back, and he sheds a tear, knowing that he hurt Korra and that they can never be together, she will never forgive him. Korra triggers her Avatar state, and causes the ship to explode, before collapsing into tears, having killed her best friend.
