Playtrough of custom story with Amnesia: The Dark Descent enemies mod on Hardset difficulty (Shell Shock but with even more harder settings) except Save System which is "Costs Fuel".
In order to randomize items, I quit to main menu and start the game again. I do this only if I have not discovered so much stuff or have not saved.
