We are truly sorry to announce this, but together with the members I have decided to close Amity. I have thought about this for a very long time before I was able to make a final decision. I am truly sorry for taking such a long time and to the people who were waiting for the results, but it wasn't an easy decision for me as Amity and everyone in it means a lot to me.

I am truly sorry to everyone who have made an effort to audition for us. We thank you for your effort and really appreciate every single one of you who wanted to join us. We have had a lot of trouble with inactivity due to school or a job and just real life taking over. We are all getting older and we have less and less time for editing after all real life goes first and editing is still just a hobby.

We have thought of maybe taking in more people then we actually wanted to, to keep the studio going, but honestly that's not why this studio was created. We existed because we wanted to edit together because we are friends and love talking to each other and edit together and in the end I decided it was best to stay true to that purpose and close the studio. We might end up making IC MEPs if we have the time and feel like it, but there will be no official projects anymore. We do plan on finishing our Studio Ghibli MEP so that will be the last official project you will see from us.

Once again I am truly sorry to everyone who made the effort to audition for us, but I hope you do understand why we decided to make this decision.

THE DEADLINE OF THE AUDITIONS IS 4TH DECEMBER 2016. We will not accept any auditions after this date and we also won’t be extending the deadline.

STUDIO RULES:
- Amity is a MAIN studio meaning Amity will be your number 1 priority. You can have as many MEP groups as you like though but you do have to be active and be able to meet our deadlines.
- You must be active, friendly and willing to communicate. If you don’t intend to communicate with us, please don’t join. We have a Whatsapp group chat so it would be nice if you also have Whatsapp however this is not mandatory, Skype is mandatory though!
- You must be able to meet deadlines.
- You need to be able to edit with HQ/HD footage.
- You need to be able to edit any kind of genre.

AUDITION RULES:
- Your audition video must be at least 1:00 long.
- Your audition video may not be older than March 1st 2016.
- MEP Parts, collab parts and beta collections won’t be accepted.
