It was announced earlier this month that Reds owners Fenway Sports Group have entered into a definitive agreement to sell a minority equity stake to 1892 Holdings.
The consortium is led and managed by Bhatia, who will be attending Anfield for Liverpool’s first home Premier League game of the season, against Nottingham Forest, on Saturday.
