University of Puerto Rico senior, Amira Odeh, became familiar with water scarcity first hand in the mid-nineties when a drought left Puerto Rico scrambling for water. As a college student Amira, still carries those memories with her and has set out with her classmates to change the habits of her university, so that disposable plastic bottles are no longer sold on campus.
