The A3000 I've been working on has a dead floppy drive, let's try to resurrect it, because I don't really have any alternatives.

Swap solution: Shell swap from an A500 Chinon FB-354, the mechanism is identical. Direct drop-in replacements: Any Chinon FB-354, FZ-354, FZ-354A, FZ-357, FZ-357A - all share the same physical form factor.
