I give a couple of the connectors a clean up as best I can. The 23 pin video port comes up quite well considering.
Experimenting with the electric toothbrush for cleaning D connectors seems to have paid off.

I'm a little way ahead of the videos being released, so if I don't take up suggestions it's probably because I've already done it. However, any suggestions are still welcome, as they'll be helpful for future projects and to other people watching :-)
