Even with the BAT- WING and all your wonderful toys, THE JOKER may just rewrite your script. So, rev up the BATMOBILE and get ready for the chase of your life."
Amiga game based on the movie of the same name. Five differing but short levels that can be over fairly quickly when it all goes right or it may take a few goes as the levels can be fairly challenging as you take damage and race against the clock. The platforming levels have checkpoints so its not always back to the beginning if you lose a life and you do gain an extra life when finishing a level. Controls in the driving stages can be a hindrance but if you take you time it should be doable in the time limit but again there is a checkpoint to fall back on.
the Atari St version may have been the lead version as it contains extra content (comic style pictures between stages) and its almost criminal that they weren't included in the Amiga game given that it was heavily promoted and made famous by being included in the Commodore Amiga 500 Batman Pack.
Overall though, it a great game that I imagine every Amiga owner has played at some point. As a complete surprise to absolutely no one, the ntsc release doesnt differ from the pal release in anyway apart from slightly faster movement at 60fps.
