PART 2: In this part I do the recapping of both power-supplies, test the floppy drives, the restoration of both keyboards, retrobrighting, then start to test the PSU's and the motherboards. There are some unexpected problems in the end.
I got two Commodore Amiga 2000 machines from my friend KOJRO, check out his channel linked below. The state of the machines were unknown. They both had been stored away for at least 20 years.
This is a multi part restoration project. In the first part I investigated the state of the machines, did the cleaning, initial testing, and then some recapping of the motherboards.
