This video clip was borrowed from a C4 production called 'City Bombing.' It includes film footage from captured from the Germans showing the bombing of Coventry as well as images that were filmed for American audiences but never shown publically in Britain. The purpose of this film was to encourage the Americans to support the Britain and to explain to US service men why they were fighting against Germany. It has been uploaded for educational puposes and is suitable for use in the classroom.
