For some Americans, a trip to Nepal has turned into an effort to get to safety. The death toll from Wednesday’s flash floods in the country and along the border with China has risen to at least 676, with around 3,000 people still missing. Two Americans told Wendy Gillette that they were almost caught in the flooding.
