America is celebrating its 250th anniversary in 2026, and I wanted to create something special to commemorate this historic milestone. In this video, I walk through the entire design process of creating a layered laser-cut America 250 door hanger using LightBurn, 3mm plywood, and a few paint pens for color accents. From importing graphics and building layers to cutting, painting, and assembly, you'll see exactly how this patriotic project comes together.
