I noticed bad frametimes in the latest games since I have updated to 20.5.1.
But suspected bad luck with the games, since I had nothing to compare with.
The I wanted to retest GTA V and saw those stuttering again. Took the previous driver: All good. Reinstalled 20.5.1: bad again.
I first thought it is a SMU/Bios issue.
So maybe wait with updates.
