HOW TO IMPROVE CRYSIS 3 PERFORMANCE ON AMD CARDS:

1. Download the latest RIVATURNER STATISTICS SERVER (RTSS) (MSI Afterburner is also okay). MAKE SURE IT'S THE LATEST.
2. RUN Rivatuner Statistics Server.
3. ADD Crysis3.exe to the list of profiles.
4. In the right-hand side ENABLE Framerate limit to a number such as "200" (I am using 200 in this video).
5. MAKE SURE Rivatuner Statistics Server is RUNNING IN THE BACKGROUND as you launch Crysis 3.
6. DISABLE v-sync in Crysis 3.
7. Enjoy better performance.

NOTE: The performance dips can be alleviated substantially by setting object detail to MEDIUM, however, they will always be present to some extent. This problem happens ONLY on AMD and does not affect NVIDIA cards nor Intel Arc.
