- At a special town meeting Monday night, residents of Sidney voted down a moratorium on large-scale developments in town.

This comes as a response to Amazon, who wants to build a warehouse facility that will be partially in the town and partially in Waterville.

Despite the vote, it's too late to stop Amazon.
