Alethea Boon’s Semifinal Event 6 finish at the Torian Pro was absolutely AMAZING!
Cheered on by a roaring crowd, Boon did 15 unbroken muscle-ups and completed a 72-foot lunge to the finish line — also unbroken — holding 70-lb dumbbells.
This season, the 40-year-old mom qualified for Semifinals in her age division and as an individual. She took second in the Age-Group Semifinal, qualifying for the Masters CrossFit Games, and finished 14th at the Oceania Semifinal out of 40 competitors.
