In this video I show you how I made this cute top hat table decor using items from Dollar Tree! This diy is easy and budget friendly! It looks so nice no one would know that you made it yourself! This top hat would be great for Christmas decor or leave it out all winter long as winter decor! There are so many different ways you can decorate it too! Add any ribbon to go with your decor along with any florals of your choosing and embellishments that suit you! You could even use it as a chip bowl for a christmas party or to hold your christmas cookies, the possibilities are endless! I hope you enjoy!
