Another awesome thing about the Tesla Powerwall is that it’s so easily scalable. A single Powerwall can store 13.5 kWh of electricity. To put that into perspective, according to the US Energy Information Administration, the average American home uses 10,632 kWh of electricity per year. That’s equivalent to about 29 kWh of electricity per day.

VW is now offering its compact electric car ID.3 at prices of under 30,000 euros. The Wolfsburg-based company is not only reducing the prices for the basic model ID.3 Pure, but for all drive variants by 3,000 euros net (3,570 euros gross). Until further notice, VW is also granting an environmental bonus of 3,570 euros gross for all ID. models, which means the base price is reduced to 29,760 euros.
