Thomas Di Viesti takes on the DynaCabs in the AM4. The IR is basically an EQ curve — and with a highly distorted tone it shapes your sound more than the amp itself. Thomas shows his approach: blend two cabs with two different jobs, one dark and full for the low end, one aggressive in the 2-4k range where the pick attack lives.

Bernd steuert das mit einem einzigen Expression-Pedal und legt darauf gleich mehrere Dinge: • +3 dB Boost, damit das Solo sich abhebt • Delay, das von 0 % (Rhythmus) bis voll (Solo) reinfadet • Kill Dry plus zweite Reihe, damit die Delay-Fahnen beim Zurückgehen sauber ausklingen statt abzureißen • Reverb, der beim Solo rausgeht (einfach Minimum und Maximum vertauschen) • Expression-Pedal-Kurven (Scale, Start, Mid), um den Verlauf musikalisch zu formen Das Schöne an Fractal: ein Pedal darf beliebig viele Parameter gleichzeitig steuern, bis hin zu einer kompletten EQ-Kurve. Läuft am FM9, FM3 und Axe-Fx, das meiste davon auch am AM4 (nur Filter-Block und Parallelreihen fehlen dort). Ich find diesen Pedal-Morph fast schöner als einen festen Channel-Wechsel.
