This was more of a playthrough tho and the first run that I finished, I hate grinding for drops so much, specially with the stupid 5 HP X parasite adding extra RNG to the drop pool.

Done in the 1.3 version of the mod, I hate this insanity mode so much ahhhh

Can't wait until 1.4 releases.
