Skipping the conventionally required low% "All Metroids" items for traversing the environment, that being Speed Booster, Super Missiles, and Screw Attack/Power Bombs. Doing so leaves Bombs and Ice Beam, being 2%, which are only required to access and defeat the Metroids and Queen Metroid. Samus starts the game with Morph Ball, Power Grip, and 30 Missiles by default.
The Queen Metroid is beatable under these low% conditions, as well as all the other metroids.
I added annotations to show what is being unconventionally skipped per clip.
Note that skipping Supers Missiles requires a proficiency with semi-blind bomb jumps.
While not shown in the video, I'd recommend getting the Ice Beam early via the Area 1 warp, as it makes a few areas much more manageable.
Finally, I disabled HUD and mini-map during the bomb jumps into the Area 3 Breeding Grounds just because they obscured my vision of the top of the Speed Booster room, and unfortunately the video cropping was accidentally screwed up in those two clips.
