I set out to make the easiest brisket possible by handing the controls over to the new Kamado Joe Konnected Joe. Sticking with the easy themed brisket, I also did the bare minimum effort on prep to see if us pitmaster's should fear what appears to be the inevitable future of grilling & smoking brisket.
